Thanks Keith. Yeah, you're right, there is something wrong with the hands. I should have looked at my own hands but I was winging it and it shows. All of the digits are there... 3 fingers and a thumb they just don't line up right. I will probably go back and fix it later.
Nice scale. I agree about the tentacles looking very slimy. It is a good effect. His posture could have been a bit more aggressive and he looks like a tree man at first read. I love the evil face tho! Good design.

I like that you really got in there and gave the tentacles and hand some texture and life - pretty grotesque (I can smell the rotting fish).

Awesome! Somethings seems off about his right hand. Its almost like the thumb is missing. The water is beautifully done.
